Margot’s Approach

Having accumulated over 20 years of experience in both a clinical setting and in private practice, I strongly believe how you live, how you eat, and how you move will make the biggest impact on your health. My practice focuses on personalized nutrition and coaching to attain your goals and the lifestyle you desire. At your first visit, we will discuss your full history including eating habits, your medical history, and your lifestyle, and then determine the best plan for you to manage your health and feel better.

Many, if not most, health problems can be managed or prevented with nutrition counseling. I don't believe in diets or specific meal plans—they just don't work so we won't be counting calories or macros. I get to know you and help you make the changes to improve your nutrition, your physical fitness, and your thoughts and feelings around food and your body. We will keep in touch, usually weekly or biweekly, to help meet your goals. My main goals for clients are to feel better, live a long healthy life and enjoy eating! I want my clients to feel comfortable discussing their eating habits and know that there is no perfect diet, that all foods can fit in a healthy plan, and that you can meet your goals without "dieting".
